Did you receive a 16-digit subscription or installation number?

Note: Installation numbers and subscription numbers are the same for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.

Did you receive an email with the Subject line:

"New Subscription Activation"

If you did not receive an installation number:

  • Your installation number should be located in your confirmation email or product packaging.
  • If you cannot find your installation number, contact customer service.
